Returns & Exchanges
We curate the highest quality pieces, but if your acquisition does not meet your expectations, our dedicated returns protocol is designed to facilitate a smooth resolution.
14-Day Curation Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and premium packaging intact.
Exceptions
- Fragrances and cosmetics that have been opened or tested.
- Personalized or bespoke items.
- Intimate apparel.
- Clearance items (final sale).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Concierge Service at support@gadite.com with your Order ID.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Code and shipping instructions.
- Securely package the item in its original box and attach the provided return label.
- Drop off the package at the designated courier hub.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our hub, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
